Appropriate for campers entering 9th Grade – 12th Grade
Learn the necessary skills for your specific position. Experienced coaches will coach you through the critical skills for you to be successful.

You may choose to bring your own food, or you can add food to your registration and our food provider will take care of all meals on campus.

8:00-9:00 AM Registration
(8 AM Overnight campers register in Dorms (O'Connell for 2019) and 8:30AM commuters register in the Field House)
9:00 AM-12:00 PM Position separation & Skill Training
12:00-1:30PM Lunch
1:30-5:00 PM Position specific skills training
5:00-6:00 PM Dinner
6:00-8:00 PM Position specific skills training with combined groups
Day 2
8:00 AM Breakfast (only for Overnight Campers)
9:00 AM Ready to begin Warm-up
9:10 AM-12:00 PM Multi-Skill Training (Stations)
12:00-1:30 PM Lunch
1:30-5:00 PM Position specific skills training & mixed position play
5:00-6:00 PM Dinner
6:00-8:00 PM Position specific training within team systems
Day 3
8:00 AM Breakfast (only for Overnight Campers)
9:00 AM Ready to begin Warm-up
9:10 AM- 2:00PM Position specific skill training within team system
12:00-1:30PM Lunch
1:30-4:00 PM Team Play
