Total Player Camp I
July 7-10, 2025
Appropriate for campers entering 7th – 12th grade.
Please note: we have added a Total Player Camp II on July 3-6th due to a large waitlist and the request for more spots.
Our Total Player Camp I is the most robust camp in our camp series. This camp may very well be the most comprehensive camp for volleyball in the area. The days are packed full of volleyball! Campers that are looking to make their junior high or high school teams will gain a better understanding of all volleyball skills and what all goes into being a high-level competitor. The camp also includes special sessions in nutrition, strength & conditioning, sports psychology, recruiting, and injury rehab to develop the "total player."
Total Player and Skills Camp are geared toward those hoping to make their middle school or high school teams. Total Player is different from Skills Camp in that it has classroom and special focus sessions, while Skills Camp does not. Alternatively, Position Camp is for advanced high school players.
