WHAT TO BRING:

COMMUTERS

• Plenty of volleyball clothes (you may want to change throughout the day due to heat) i.e. kneepads, shirts, athletic shorts/spandex, socks, shoes.
• A water bottle. We have plenty of water jugs to refill your water bottles.
• Flip flops or some sort of sandals if you need to give your feet a rest during meal breaks.
• Medication (this can be monitored by trainers or staff). Trainers/staff are not allowed to give out Tylenol/Advil without parental permission.
• Healthy snacks to eat between meals and during water breaks.
• Cell phones are allowed to be used during breaks and after sessions are over for the day.
• Money for the Regis bookstore (food & souvenirs)
• Bring sunscreen and sunglasses for outdoor play (Total Player Camp Only).
• Bring outdoor shoes (Total Player Camp Only).

OVERNIGHT CAMPERS

• EVERYTHING A COMMUTER BRINGS FROM OTHER COLUMN! 
• Sheets for a twin XL bed, blanket, and pillows. Or a sleeping bag!
• Dorms ARE air conditioned!
• Healthy snacks for evenings (Bars – Gatorade - Fruit- Crackers)
• Each dorm room has a refrigerator and microwave.
• Towel, shower shoes, toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, etc.)
• Money in case you want to order food for delivery to the dorms in the evenings after camps ends (some campers get hungry after the last session of day) OR to purchase items in our campus bookstore.
• Extra eye glasses or contacts
• Cell phone charger
• Alarm clock (most just use their cell phone now)

INCIDENTAL FEES WITH DORMS

• Excessive Cleaning: $25.00 per sleeping room/area
• Moved Furniture: $25.00 per sleeping room/area
• Lost Residence Hall Key: $50.00 each
• Lost Meal Card: $10.00 each
• Other Damages: Dependent on repair/replacement needs
